Vintage Gibson L6-S Electric Guitar Description This guitar is in great condition, with very little wear. It is either a 1975, 76,or 77. These are the years that Gibson used a clear decal with the serial number on the back. This guitar was professionaly refinished some years ago, and the decal did not make it back on. I have been told that the electronics are original, but take a look at the picture and judge for yourself. The selector knob is not original, and the truss rod cover is not either. There is a small crack/separation in between the neck and body that does not affect the guitar at all (see picture). Take a look at the pictures for more details. I am going by what I am told since I am not familiar with this model. The guitar plays and sounds great! Will ship in a gig bag. Payment We accept Paypal only. Fender Stratocaster 1973 ( serial number 372659) Bought this guitar in the late 70's. I believe the guy that had the guitar before me tried to convert it to a lefty guitar so there is a drill hole for the guitar strap (c picture 11) . There is a hole and a small area covered with electrical tape (c picture #7) that I assume the previous owner tried to put a volume control or something in that spot. I have not touched it and does not effect the guitar performance or sound at all. Otherwise, the guitar is in really nice condition. 1 of the tone knobs is not the original, the original which I have has the threads stripped so it has been replaced. Comes with the Fender case, I do not have the key to it though. International buyers, please contact me for shipping costs.
